Axial fan

Fans are designed to provide optimal microclimatic conditions in the room, in particular, on livestock farms in the process of livelihood of animals, water vapor, carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other substances are constantly emitted in large quantities, an excess amount of which negatively affects the health and productivity of animals. Temperature is also an important factor: at low values, feed consumption increases, a significant part of which goes to maintain body temperature; when the temperature is above normal, heat stress occurs - the animal's appetite decreases, water consumption increases. To avoid these negative factors and maintain high productivity, it is possible to arrange ventilation as a key factor from the whole range of measures to create a favorable microclimate in a livestock building.

Depending on the type of ventilation in the room, different types of fans are used: wall, tunnel, mine. These fans are resistant to chemicals and require no maintenance. The motors are used asynchronous, single- or three-phase, have a degree of protection IP 44, IP 55, IP 56 or IP 66, which protects them from dust and water. Fan diameter from 355 to 900mm.

Standard fans are not equipped with control and regulation devices. The rotational speed of axial fans equipped with single-phase motors can be adjusted continuously by using speed controllers, and three-phase fans equipped with a frequency converter (inverter).
