Group drinker for cattle with electric heating

It is important for cows to have constant and free access to drinking water, which is necessary for the vital activity of animals, namely, for growth, digestion, milk production, and the like. For loose housing, a group drinker is best suited - the trough is made of food grade stainless steel, the frame is made of hot-dip galvanized ferrous metal. The design of the drinker is robust, the trough can be tilted for cleaning and washing, a constant water level is maintained at an optimal level by means of a float mechanism.

In the cold season, the water in the drinking bowl should not freeze; for this, the water is heated. The electrical part consists of heating elements located under the bottom of the trough in a special box, which are connected with a protected wire to a stainless steel heating control unit with a voltage transformer and a thermostatic device complete with a temperature sensor. This system allows you to automatically turn on heating at a given air temperature and maintain the water temperature in the trough in the positive range.
